I have been wearing hearing aids for 22 years and have tried different brands but the ones Cate's sells are the best I've ever had.  No buzzing or noise like all the others I've had.  Jamie is so nice and no high pressure to buy, just very helpful.  I highly recommend these hearing aids, they have made a difference in my life.

My new hearing aids have the newest technology to reduce noise that makes the surrounding areas peaceful and easier to listen in.  They also have three times more capability to receive more sounds and more internal to make it easier to hear other sounds not just the loudest.  I can understand speech so much easier now.  Sounds now are more accurate and natural.  My Grandchildren's ball games get loud, but the hearing aids make it quieter yet you can still hear the person beside you.  My quality of life has really improved and I still have the option to control the background noise more if I need to.  Muse Hearing Aids are the best yet!!

As a retired Dentist, I understand the importance of great customer Service.  The personal and caring service that I receive at Cate's is top notch.  I like wearing my hearing aids in all environments.  They are very comfortable and the sound is very natural.  I am so happy to have my hearing aids.

I recently came in to see Jamie concerning my current hearing aid; she was more than happy to fix it even though it wasn't bought from her.  From that point on I was very happy with her that she didn't turn me away and wasn't all about selling a hearing aid, she just wanted to help me hear with my current aid.  She was very professional and caring.  Anyone can sell a hearing aid but very few care about their clients like she does.  I have purchased a new Starkey Hearing Aid through her and can hear things I never heard before even with my old aid.  I'm still trying to figure out what the sounds are because it's been so long since I've heard this good.  My other hearing aid didn't pick-up what I'm hearing now, it's amazing!  My opinion now is I have the BEST hearing aid, the others don't compare.  My TV was up in the 20's in volume and now it's down to 15.  Thank you Jamie so much for helping me hear!

I've been wearing hearing aids for over 30 years and my Starkey Halo's are the best I've ever had.  I can hear conversation's far better and wife says she hardly ever has to repeat.  Also, can hear friends and family much better in restaurants.  The great feature of how my phone works directly with my hearing aids is so wonderful that I'm not struggling to hear people any more.  The other feature of the streaming with my phone on Facebook is great and doesn't interrupt my wife.  They have improved my life so much!!

Richard has been enjoying the benefits of modern technology in conjunction with his new Starkey hearing aid’s. His media device allows him to watch TV at the volume he chooses---while no-one else in the room can hear the TV. His wife couldn’t be happier! He also enjoys having a mobile device which has Bluetooth features but is not as cumbersome as the ones behind the ear and his signal is clearer. He says, “These devices have more than met my expectations and I highly recommend them."

I have been driving a school bus for eight years and I have to be able to hear the kids. Having my new Starkey aids have opened my ears to hearing
so much better than with what I had before. When you can hear better you’re able to be with others and not feel left out of the conversation.

My hearing has improved ten fold....no more saying, "Huh?". I’ve noticed the birds, crickets, frogs and other sounds outside. I didn’t hear the birds or crickets before getting my hearing aid, my family had to point out certain sounds to me. I also hear my wife so much better and understand her a lot better now! The biggest thing is, I’m aware of sounds around me, like the traffic and it’s a safer feeling.

"I have had other hearing aids in the past and this is the best I’ve ever had." When he was in the service, a grenade went off around his left ear and deafened him in that ear and not
much of his right ear has hearing left. He can finally hear the birds singing and can’t wait to hear the rain on the metal roof.

I’ve never been able to understand this well and I’ve had no bad experiences with these new Starkey Hearing aids. I have in the past purchased hearing aids from Doctors and a local company, and Starkey’s are the best.

My hearing is definitely better. I love my new media device...it’s marvelous. I can mute everything else, when taking a nap and that is wonderful. The music at church is controlled
better with my Starkey hearing aid. After wearing hearing aids for 20 years, I can hear much better with Starkey’s than the ones in the past. They are more compatible to my lifestyle
& I’m in control of what I hear. I’m so happy to have found Jamie in her new location.
